Terry Cadle, born in Elgin Illinois, started training two golden retrievers at the age of 12, it was then when his love for man's best friend took root. He started training professionally in New Hampshire in 1986. After eight years in New Hampshire Terry decided to increase his training skills. So the Cadle family moved to California, where he would spend years working at, and then managing the Dobbs Training Center. While at the center he gained valuable experience training all forms for working dogs, with training that spans from obedience, to gun dog training, to personal service dogs, to Schutzhunds, to search and rescue dogs, to hounds. In his years of dog training Terry has achieved the title of Master Trainer and has helped, and trained over 50 master dogs.

Terry has been married to his wife Nancy for 23 years, during which they have taken on the challenge of raising three boys, Jacob, Lucas and Kevin. He enjoys playing baseball, going hunting or just spending time in a boat getting a line wet.
